7. SMS/Text Messaging Program

7.1. Program Description & Use Cases:By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from HQFLO. Messaging use cases include service-related messages—such as appointment confirmations, account and status updates, document requests, customer care, and follow-ups regarding your inquiry—as well as marketing and promotional messages where you have separately consented.

7.2. Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending you SMS messages. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@hqflo.com.

7.3. Message Frequency & Rates:Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier’s plan for details regarding any charges.

7.4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Texas.
